Welcome to TEAlicious!

On March 7th, 2025, I had the honor of taking ownership of this amazing space! Dan and his beautiful family will be sorely missed and we wish them the best in their next endeavor. We are grateful to them for the impact they had on the community and for giving us the opportunity to bring TEAlicious into the future.

Hello! My name is Kenny! My friends, family, and I promise to maintain the same values while continuing to provide a warm welcome with our new experience!

Everyone is invited! We would love for our guests to get to know us. Like all of you, I have many interests. As we serve up delicious treats and refreshing drinks, check out my clothing brand and/or ask me about real estate! Watch as my sons grow and witness my wife fixate on tiny details, so that the minutes you spend inside our restaurant is a memorable one!

We’re also passionate about supporting and uplifting the community. From curating to participating in local fashion shows, charities, fundraisers, and/or other events, if there's a way to help or a platform to give, we try our best to do so. 

Back to boba tea...I am of Chinese-Korean descent, born in Washington, and grew up in Federal Way. I am no stranger to boba tea, Asian cuisine, rain, skating at Pattisons West every weekend, always hanging out at SeaTac Mall, and I am forever a Seattle teams fan. Owning this restaurant has always been a dream of mine! I am excited to see it come to fruition and I am excited to meet you!
